George R. R. Martin’s “How To Train Your Dragon” opens with Hiccup slitting a dragon’s throat. He walks, blood-soaked, to a local inn where he satisfies his blood lust with a Tyroshi whore whose tongue has been cut out. He pours himself a glass of Dornish red, sitting naked, brooding, on the side of the straw mattress. Credits roll.
